So, any problems with the install do contact Microsoft - there are known issues with installation on the Microsoft site. Throughout my frustration at not being able to get hold of anyone at Microsoft the supplier patiently replied to my panicky emails, as I was concerned that the product key may not be used in time. In the end I had to contact Microsoft to install it for me, which was done very quickly once I had managed to get in touch with a technician. The problem was it wouldn't install on my computer BUT this was not the supplier's fault. I had this product installed today, having received it from this supplier extremely quickly - within about half an hour of ordering it (via email). Supplier excellent - Microsoft a bit trickier!
